Yes you can do that as well, when you enter a castle or town then press besige like normal then you will notice different options has appeared the two options are instant build siege equipment and instant conquer respectably which do exactly that. Now the top option is called "find item" from there you will enter different categories, each category has a number of items from the game in them, everything from the bride dress to the tournament helmet as well as the samurai sword can be found in the 8 or so categories. In there you can increase your renown and honor as well as change the weather. In order to acces all the game's weapons and armor you have to be on the map, then enter your camp and from there you hit CHEAT MENU option. this option for lords does thing like improving relations all the way up to 100 (this applies to kings for instant vasselage as well) as well as making them follow you or another party arounf the map, you can also tell the king to make you the marshall and all the commands you can tell your lord when you're king can be apllied to anyone at any time when using the cheatmenu. With the cheatmenu enabled, when you talk to a lord/lady there with be another conversation option that says CHEAT - take the following action.
